HOW TO PLAY POWERBALL
1. Get a Idaho Powerball playslip at any Idaho Lottery retail location.
2. Decide how many games you want to play. Each game costs $1.
3. For each $1 you play, pick five numbers out of 59 in the "Pick 5" area on the playslip and pick one number out of 39 in the "Pick 1" Powerball area. You can choose all the numbers yourself or let the computer choose your numbers by marking the Quick Pick "QP" box.You can also ask the clerk for a Quick Pick ticket from your Idaho Lottery retailer.
4. If you make a mistake, mark the VOID box for that game.
5. Before submitting your play slip make sure the numbers and the payment option you have chosen are the ones you want. Powerball tickets cannot be canceled after they are processed. Responsibility for the numbers selected rests with you, not the retailer.
6. If you want to play the same numbers for up to 10 consecutive drawings, mark the appropriate number of drawings in the Multi- Draw section.
7. PowerPlay is a way to multiply your prize by 2, 3, 4 or even 5 for an extra $1 per play. If you want to play "PowerPlay," mark the appropriate box indicated on the playslip. During the drawing, a single number will be selected from a pool of 16 numbers. The 16 numbers are: 4 twos, 4 threes, 4 fours, and 4 fives. All prizes of $10,000 or less are multiplied by the number selected for all players who played PowerPlay. The Match 5 prize with the PowerPlay option now has a guaranteed 5x multiplier, pushing the second prize to $1 MILLION.
Payment: You have 60 days after you claim the jackpot to determine if you want cash or the annuity option. If you choose the annuity option you will receive your prize over 29 years (30 payments).
Must be at least 18 to buy, sell or redeem Lottery tickets. Benefiting Idaho Public Schools and the Permanent Building Fund. Please play responsibly.
