Lucky Friday the 13th: Free Mega Millions ticket with Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle Purchase

BOISE, Idaho – The Idaho Lottery has a special, four-hour offer for all players tomorrow, Friday, December 13, 2013. From 3 PM to 7 PM Mountain Time (2 PM to 6 PM Pacific Time), players who buy an Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle ticket will receive a free Mega Millions ticket for Friday night´s $400,000,000 jackpot.

"Friday the 13th could be someone´s lucky day," said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director. "This unique offer combines two of this holiday´s most popular games. The Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle represents the best odds of winning a guaranteed $1 million and Mega Millions which is offering the second largest jackpot in that game´s history."

The Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle is an Idaho-only game, meaning that tickets are only available for purchase from the Idaho Lottery. When the game began, there were 250,000 of the $10 tickets available. The game is currently 53% sold and tickets are selling quickly.

"These two games create a lot of excitement. We want to remind everyone during the holiday season to play responsibly and to remember to sign your tickets," added Anderson. "They are bearer instruments and we want to ensure each player protects their play.”

The Lucky Friday the 13th offer is available at all Idaho Lottery retail locations, however players may want to get theirs earlier in the afternoon to avoid the lines.
