Pocatello Woman Wins $25,000 on Lottery Scratch^TM Game

 

Boise – The Holidays started two weeks early for one lucky Pocatello woman.   Sydnie Sittre won the top prize of $25,000 on the Idaho Lottery’s Ruby Red Slingo Scratch^TM game.

 

A regular Idaho Lottery Scratch^TM game player, Sittre said she didn’t usually play this game and bought the ticket by happenstance from one of the Idaho Lottery’s vending machines at the Ridley’s on Main Street in Pocatello. 

 

“I put my money in the vending machine and just randomly started pushing the buttons. I got a lot of other tickets and two Ruby Red Slingotickets and wow!” said an enthusiastic Sittre.

 

Sittre is not the only lucky winner before the Holidays. For their part in selling the winning ticket, Ridley’s Food Stores receives a bonus from the Idaho Lottery of $3,000.

 

After collecting her winnings, Sittre said she didn’t have any immediate plans for her prize but was thinking of looking into some different housing options for her and her family.
