Love Is In The Air 2^nd Chance Draw Rules

Promotion Description:
Enter any non-winning Love is in the Air scratch ticket for a chance to win a trip to Kona, Hawai’i. This Big Island Trip includes the following:

• Two (2) First/Business class airline tickets from Boise or similar airport (Spokane or Salt Lake International) to Kona, Hawai’i.
• 7-night first class accommodations at a 5-star resort in Kona, Hawai’i for two (2).
• Daily breakfast and meal allowance
• Rental vehicle
• $1,000 cash
• Tours include Ultimate Circle Island Explorer (with volcano tour), Ohana Kohala Waterfalls Adventure, Zodiac Raft Whale Watching Adventure, Mauna Kea Arnott’s Adventure (sunset tour with a visit to Onizuka Astronomy Complex and stargazing), and a luau.
• State and Federal withholding taxes paid by the Lottery.

Total value of trip/prize is approximately $26,000.

Promotion Available:
12/23/2024 at 12:01 a.m. MT until 11:59 p.m. MT on 7/31/2025 or 30 days after game officially ends, whichever comes first.

Winner Announcement:
The Lottery will post the name of the winner on the website no later than 3:00 p.m. on 8/4/2025.

How to Enter:
To enter, go to vip.idaholottery.com and sign-up or log-in. Click on the “Promotions & 2nd Chance tab” then look for the Love is in the Air image. Enter the 14-digit ticket number of any non-winning Love is in the Air scratch ticket. If you do not have web access, you can enter through the Lottery tele-entry system at 208-334-4656.

Rules:

• Only Online and Tele-Entry entries will be accepted.
• Mail in entries will NOT be accepted.
• Players are responsible to ensure their VIP and contact information is current.
• The Lottery will not enter any information for any person.
• You may enter each qualifying ticket number only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• One (1) qualifying Love is in the Air scratch ticket is considered one (1) entry.
• You must keep your entered ticket for presentation to Lottery Officials for winner/entry verification.
• Prizes will not be awarded without verification of the ticket from the winning entry.
• The Lottery will attempt to contact the winner by phone immediately after the draw.
• The winner must contact the Lottery within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
• Only persons 18 or older can enter or participate in any Lottery promotion.
• The person who submits the entry is the person who must claim the prize.
• Winner can transfer prize to another AFTER the winner has claimed the prize.
• Prize is NOT redeemable for cash.
• Prize fulfillment is subject to Idaho laws 67-7437, 56-203E and 63-3060 regarding delinquencies in child support and/or state taxes being turned over to the Department of Health and Welfare and/or Idaho State Tax Commission. A delinquency of less than $1,000 would be paid from the prize money and the winner could still claim the trip. Any delinquency exceeding the $1,000 in cash prize money would disqualify the winner and the prize would be awarded to the alternate winner drawn.
• Any changes or upgrades to trip itinerary are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The trip does not include mileage, insurance, gratuities, meals, parking fees, departure fees, excess baggage fees, alcoholic beverages, any items not expressly specified and personal expenses such as telephone calls, valet service, laundry and the like, as well as revision or cancellation fees which may be charged by the hotel, or other suppliers.
• If the winner fails to show at their elected/designated time of departure, their entire trip, except the $1,000 in cash, shall be forfeited.
• All prize fulfillments are subject to compliance with any State, Federal or local laws.

Posting or announcement of winner drawn does not confirm winning status until the winner and winning entry has been verified by Lottery officials.

An alternate for the prize will be chosen and contacted in the event of the following:

• The winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information.
• The winning entry cannot be verified by the Lottery.
• The winner has not contacted the Lottery within the required time.
• The winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion.
• The ticket entered was illegally obtained or if a violation of any law or rule has occurred.
• The winner is not of legal age to participate.

You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho. Persons under 18 cannot participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway or game.

Important winner details:
The winner will have seventy-two (72) hours after notification to contact Idaho Lottery Security. Every effort will be made to contact the winner by phone and the e-mail information that was provided by entrant. In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the prize and an alternate will be chosen and contacted. The alternate will then have seventy-two (72) hours from notification to contact Idaho Lottery Security.

Claiming Prizes:

• Contact the Idaho Lottery Security at 208-780-2550.
• Winner must complete and sign Promotion/2nd Chance Claim Form.
• Winner must present government issued identification & winning ticket to claim prize.
