HOW IT WORKS:

Players enter any non-winning Powerball ticket for a chance to become the First Millionaire of 2024. Enter the first 20 digits which are underlined at the top of your Powerball ticket. Idaho’s 10 Semi-Finalists will be entered into the First Millionaire of the Year national contest for a chance to be one of five Finalists to win a VIP trip to New York City to appear on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve and a chance to win $1,000,000.

Enter non-winning Powerball tickets by October 4 at vip.idaholottery.com. Each ticket equals one entry. Enter the 20 underlined digits at the top of your Powerball ticket.

ABOUT THE VIP TRIP:
