Wish Delivered: Library books

Teacher Chenin McConnell says "The library is the heart of our school, a place where every student should feel welcome and find something that sparks their curiosity. This wishlist focuses on adding high-interest graphic novels, engaging nonfiction, and multilingual titles to better serve our resistant readers and students who are building literacy in more than one language. By also offering games and comfortable spaces, the library becomes more than a study area—it becomes a hub where students can explore, connect, and develop a love of reading. With your support, we can increase access to resources that meet diverse needs and inspire every student to see themselves as a reader and learner."

Wish Delivered: Classroom Seating

Teacher Rebecca Torrey says "The seats that came with my room are decades old. Most chairs are wobbly or cracked. This is my second year as the music and art teacher and I am also the FIRST art teacher at this school. I teach music the first half of the year and art the second half of the year. The chairs are more needed for art semester as we normally stand for music class. New seats would not only bring a brightness but a more comfortable option that does not wobble or pinch. I have unfortunately had a few kiddos get pinched with these older chairs."
