IDAHO LOTTERY PLAYER CALLS RUMMY FOR $10,000 TOP PRIZE!
BOISE – After her husband bought a few 150 Grand scratch tickets, Margaret Rosales wanted something to scratch too. She had $2 in her pocket, so she bought a $2 Rummy lottery ticket. It was the last one on the roll and she felt that meant something special. Good thing she goes with her gut, because that last Rummy ticket was the final $10,000 top prize left in the game!
“I scratched the ticket but I don’t remember what happened next,” she says of her excitement. “I think I was jumping around the room screaming.” Rosales plans to buy a big TV and put the rest of the money in the bank.
The ticket was purchased at Latienda in Franklin.
Players must be at least 18 to buy, sell or redeem Powerball tickets. Remember to play responsibly. The Idaho Lottery benefiting Idaho public schools and buildings.
