BOISE, Idaho ÔÇô Luck has happened again in Idaho! One winning ticket for last night's $50 million Powerball draw was sold at an Idaho Lottery retail location in Meridian, Idaho. The Idaho Lottery has confirmed a single ticket matched all five of the first numbers, but not the Powerball number, and is worth $1 million. The winning numbers from last night's draw were 11, 17, 29, 56, 57, and the Powerball number was 14.
ÔÇï"Luck happens every day in Idaho. Last night in addition to the $1-million winner we also had over 3,400 winning tickets that won other prizes on Powerball," said Jeff Anderson, Idaho lottery director. "We are encouraging everyone who played Powerball for last night's draw to check their tickets carefully for winners. Too often we see players not match the Powerball and think they do not have a winning ticket. In this case, the ticket matched all five of the first numbers and is worth $1 million."
ÔÇïLast night's big winning ticket is the Idaho Lottery's tenth $1 million winner on Powerball since 2005 and the 35th $1 million or higher winning ticket in Idaho since 1989.
ÔÇïLast night's winner has 180 days to claim their prize from Idaho Lottery headquarters in Boise.
ÔÇïThe new estimated Powerball jackpot for Saturday night's draw is now $60 million.
