BOISE, Idaho ÔÇô One lucky Idaho Lottery player in eastern Idaho who purchased a Powerball ticket for last Saturday night's $110 million draw is holding a holiday present worth $2,000,000. The Idaho Lottery has confirmed that one ticket sold at an Idaho Lottery retail location in Fremont County matched the first five numbers of Saturday night┬┤s draw and had the PowerPlay option. That ticket is worth $2,000,000. The winning numbers for Saturday night┬┤s draw are 07, 10, 11, 14, 36 and the Powerball was 15.
"Idaho continues to be a lucky place for players to play and win big prizes on Powerball," said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director. "We are encouraging everyone who played Powerball for Saturday night┬┤s draw to check their tickets carefully for winners. Too often we see players not match the Powerball and think they do not have a winning ticket. In this case, the ticket matched all five of the first numbers, and with the PowerPlay, is worth $2 million."
PowerPlay is a $1 option, selected at the time of purchase and increases non-jackpot winning tickets up to $2 million. A ticket that matches the first five numbers is worth $1,000,000, however, for the extra $1, that ticket is now a $2,000,000 winner.
There was no jackpot winner nationwide for Powerball. The new estimated Powerball jackpot for Wednesday night┬┤s draw is now $120 million.
The Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle is now over 90% sold through and ticket sales are rapidly increasing. In the past week, more than 22% of the game has been sold. There are less than 22,500 tickets remaining. Sales for the Idaho $1,000,000 Rafflewill end when ticket number 250000 is sold.
"We're seeing a lot of excitement right now in the marketplace. Tuesday night, the Mega Millions jackpot is $172 million. The Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle with its guaranteed prize is close to selling out. And the jackpot for Powerball is now over $100 million," added Anderson. "With these three jackpot games occurring simultaneously, we want to remind everyone to please play what they can afford not go overboard."
