BOISE, Idaho ÔÇô The Mega Millions jackpot for tonight's draw is an estimated $290 million for the 26-payment annuity. This jackpot is the eighth largest in the game's history. The one-time cash lump sum for Friday night's Mega Millions draw is $202.9 million. As the weekend approaches, the Idaho Lottery Director is reminding players to please play responsibly.
ÔÇï"With the Mega Millions jackpot getting close to one-third of a billion dollars, we are seeing an increase in player participation and office pools," said Idaho Lottery Director, Jeff Anderson. "You can only win if you have a ticket, however, we want to remind everyone that when they do play, to please do so responsibly. The game is a lot of fun. ÔÇïMega Millions tickets for tonight's draw are $1 each. The last opportunity players have to purchase tickets for tonight's Mega Millions jackpot is 7:55 p.m. Mountain Time when the draw closes. The winning numbers are announced at 9:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
As of Friday morning, no one has contacted the Idaho Lottery regarding the $250,000 winning ticket sold at a retail location in Adams County for last Tuesday night's draw. The winning ticket from Tuesday night matched the first five numbers, but not the Mega Ball.ÔÇï
