BOISE, Idaho ÔÇô Betty Kelson of Moscow nearly fainted when she discovered she won the first top prize on the Idaho Lottery's Scratch GameTM Idaho $250,000 Jackpot. A long-time, regular Lottery player, Kelson bought her $250,000 winning ticket at the Rosauers in Moscow last Wednesday.
"I scratched it right there and thought I'd won my money back," described Kelson on her winning experience. "Then I really looked at it and just didn't believe it. My knees where shaking, I nearly fainted, and then I had the gals at Rosauers check it for me. Then I told my husband and he didn't believe me."
Kelson has plans for her winnings and says the entire amount is already spent.
For their part in selling the winning ticket, Rosauers will receive a bonus from the Idaho Lottery for $20,000.
"Rosauers is my favorite store," added Kelson. "They treat me like a quarter-of-a-million bucks!"
