Cash Blast Promotion Rules

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
Purchase a Powerball PowerPlay ticket and you have the chance to receive a voucher that you can redeem for $1,000. There are one hundred (100) prizes of $1,000 each which will be given away at random during the month of March.

PROMOTION DATES
Starting March 1, 2018 at 12:01 a.m. MT until March 31, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. MT or upon the 100th occurrence

DETAILS

• Only the purchase of a Powerball PowerPlay ticket will qualify as participating ticket.
• You must keep your voucher AND a copy of the Powerball PowerPlay ticket purchased for presentation to Lottery Officials to collect your prize.
• Prizes will not be awarded without the voucher and a copy of the Powerball PowerPlay ticket purchased.
• All prize fulfillments are subject to compliance with any State, Federal or local laws.

You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Idaho Lottery tickets in Idaho. No one under 18 can participate in any Idaho Lottery promotion, giveaway or game.

This prize must be claimed at the Idaho Lottery office in Boise (1199 Shoreline Lane Boise, Idaho):

• Sign and complete the information on the back of the voucher.
• The winner must present the voucher and copy of Powerball PowerPlay ticket purchased to Lottery Officials to process their claim.
• Possession of the voucher is the only method the Lottery has to verify your claim.
• You must complete and sign a claim form and claim form addendum. You can get this form off of the Idaho Lottery website at www.idaholottery.com.
• When you visit the Lottery Offices in Boise, you will need the voucher, copy of Powerball PowerPlay ticket, claim form, claim form addendum, and government issued photo identification to claim your prize.

To claim your prize by mail

• Sign and complete the information on the back of the voucher.
• Enclose the original voucher and a copy of Powerball PowerPlay ticket purchased.
• You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com) or request them from the Lottery office.
• Make a copy of your government-issued photo identification.
• Mail the voucher, copy of Powerball PowerPlay ticket, completed claim form, claim form addendum, and your government-issued photo identification to the Lottery. Send into PO Box 6537 Boise ID 83702.

To claim your prize by fax:

• Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division at 208-334-2277.
• Sign and complete the information on the back of the ticket.
• Make a copy of the front and back of the selected ticket.
• You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com) or request them from the Lottery office.
• Fax the copies of the selected voucher, completed claim form, claim form addendum and your government-issued photo identification to the Lottery at 208-334-2610.
