PRIZES

Enter the second-chance draw for a chance to win $100 each week until the game ends.
One winner shall be drawn every week. Entries are only good for one week. Enter a different ticket each week for more chances to win.

QUALIFYING ENTRY

One (1) non-winning $5 Idaho Lottery Pac-Man Scratch ticket.

HOW TO ENTER

Enter the QUALIFYING non-winning scratch ticket through the Idaho Lottery's VIP Club website. Go to vip.idaholottery.com and sign-up or log-in. Once in the club, click on the "Promotions & 2nd Chance" tab. Enter in the first 14-digits of the code appearing on the back of the ticket just above the barcode in the appropriate boxes next to the Pac-Man image. If you do not have web access, you can enter through the Lottery tele-entry system at 208-334-4656

ENTRY DATES

Begins July 31, 2017 and lasts until the game ends.
Each Qualifying entry (one non-winning Pac-Man scratch ticket) can only be entered once. Entries are not cumulative; they will only be valid for the weekly drawing in which they are entered.

Official end of game will be announced by the Lottery when either the game has sold out, claimed out or determined by the Lottery Executive Director.

DRAWING DATES AND WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT DATES

The first draw will include entries from the game launch date until Friday, August 4, 2017 at Noon (12:00 p.m.) MST. The winner will be announced before 3 p.m. MST the following Tuesday after each entry deadline date.

All remaining weekly drawings will include entries from 12:01 p.m. MST Friday through Noon (12:00 p.m.) MST the following Friday.

The winners' name will be posted on the website by 3:00 pm MT each Tuesday following the close of each drawing.

RULES
Posting or announcement of the winner drawn does not confirm winning status until the winner and winning entries have been verified by Idaho Lottery officials.

• Only on-line (Internet) and tele-entries will be accepted.
• Mail in entries will NOT be accepted.
• The Lottery will not enter any information for any person.
• You may enter each qualifying ticket number only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified
• Only the entries entered in between the dates specified for the weekly draw will be used for each week's draw. There is no carryover of entries.
• It is the player's responsibility to correctly input the scratch ticket numbers and current contact information.
• One (1) qualifying Pac-Man Scratch ticket is considered one (1) entry.
• You must keep your entered ticket(s) for presentation to Lottery Officials for winner/entry verification.
• Only persons 18 or older can enter or participate in any Lottery promotion.
• Prizes are not transferrable.
• The Lottery will contact the winner by phone and e-mail.
• The winner must contact the Lottery within 96 hours of the notification.
• Players are responsible to ensure their VIP and contact information is current.
• All federal, state and local Laws, Rules and Regulations apply.

You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Idaho Lottery tickets in Idaho. No one under 18 can participate in any Idaho Lottery promotion, giveaway or game.

An alternate winner will be chosen and contacted in the event of the following:
Important winner details

• The winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information.
• The winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion.
• The winner has not contacted the Lottery within the required time
• The winner is not of legal age to participate.

Winners will have 96 hours, after the date of the draw, to contact the Lottery for collection of the prize. Every effort will be made to contact winners by the phone number that was provided by entrant.

In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate will be selected.

This prize must be claimed in person at the Idaho Lottery office in Boise (1199 Shoreline Lane Boise, Idaho):

• Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division immediately at 208-334-2277.
• Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected, non-winning Russet Riches Scratch tickets.
• Make a copy of the front and back of the selected ticket.
• You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com) or request them from the Lottery office
• Make a copy of your government issued photo identification.
• Fax the copies of the selected ticket, completed claim form, claim form addendum, and your government issued photo identification to the Lottery at 208-334-2391.

To claim your prize by fax:

• Contact the Idaho Lottery Security Division at 208-334-2277.
• Sign and complete the information on the back of the ticket.
• Make a copy of the front and back of the selected ticket.
• You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com) or request them from the Lottery office.
• Make a copy of your government issued photo identification.
• Fax the copies of the selected voucher, completed claim form, claim form addendum and your government issued photo identification to the Lottery at 208-334-2391.
