Weekly Grand Second Chance Draw Rules
Promotion Description: Enter any non-winning Idaho WEEKLY GRAND ticket for a chance to win $100 a week for an entire year. One winner shall be drawn every month.
Prize(s): One hundred dollars ($100) a week for 52 weeks. Taxes will be included in the prize for a total value of $7738.00.
Entry Dates: All entries must be entered by noon (12:00 PM) MT on the last day of the month. Tickets entered after the time and date will be automatically entered into the next drawing.
Date Winner Announced: The first Wednesday of every month unless this falls on a holiday then the winner will be announced the following day.
How To Enter: To enter, go to www.idaholottery.com click on the VIP Club tab, log in, and then click on the “Weekly Grand” banner. Enter the FIRST 20 digits on any non-winning Idaho WEEKLY GRAND ticket. (See example for which numbers to enter) Tickets can only be entered one time for one drawing.
Rules:
Posting or announcement of winners drawn does not determine winning status until Lottery officials have verified the winner and winning entries.
- Only on-line (Internet) or telephone entries will be accepted.
- Mail in entries will NOT be accepted.
- It is the player’s responsibility to enter the correct required ticket numbers and contact information.
- You must be an Idaho Lottery VIP Club member to enter. Players are responsible to ensure their VIP and contact information is current.
- The Lottery will not enter any information for any person.
- One non-winning ticket is considered one (1) entry.
- Prize(s) are not transferable.
- You may enter each ticket only once. Duplicate entries or tickets that have been previously entered will be disqualified.
- You must keep your entered tickets for presentation to Lottery Officials for winner/entry verification.
- Prizes will not be awarded without verification of the ticket from the winning entry.
- Tickets entered after the entry time and date will be automatically entered into the next drawing.
- The Lottery will try to contact the winner by phone immediately after the draw.
- The winner must contact the Lottery within 72 hours of notification.
- The Lottery has the right to issue a single payment in lieu of multiple payments if it deems necessary.
- All federal, state and local Laws, Rules and Regulations apply.
You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho. Persons under 18 cannot participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway or game.
An alternate winner will be selected in the event of the following:
Important winner details:
- The winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information.
- The winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion.
- The entries entered were illegally obtained or if a violation of any law or rules has occurred.
- The winner is not of legal age to participate.
The winner will have 72 hours, after their name has been posted on the website, to contact the Idaho Lottery Cusomer Service. Every effort will be made to contact the winner by the phone number provided by entrant. In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the prize.
To claim your prize in person at the Idaho Lottery office in Boise (1199 Shoreline Lane Boise, Idaho)
- Contact the Idaho Lottery Customer Service at 208-334-2600.
- Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected ticket
- You must present the selected ticket to Lottery Officials to process your claim. Possession of the selected ticket is the only method the Lottery has to verify your claim.
- You must complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com) or request them from the Lottery office.
- When you visit the Lottery office in Boise, you will need the selected ticket, completed claim form, claim form addendum and photo identification to claim your prize.
To claim your prize by fax:
- Contact the Idaho Lottery Customer Service at 208-334-2600.
- Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected ticket
- Make a copy of the back of the selected ticket.
- You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com) or request them from the Lottery office.
- Make a copy of your photo identification.
- Fax the copies of the selected ticket, completed claim form, claim form addendum and your photo identification to the Lottery at 208-334-2610.
