Promotion Description:

Enter any non-winning Idaho Lottery Wheel of Fortune or Wheel of Fortune Crossword Bonus scratch ticket for a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles and participate in a Lottery players only non-broadcast version of Wheel of Fortune Big Money Spin Event.

This prize package includes the following:

• Round trip airfare for two (2) from any domestic major commercial Idaho airport to Los Angeles, CA (LAX)
• Three nights in deluxe hotel accommodations in Los Angeles
• Ground transportation to and from LAX airport and the hotel
• Ground transportation to and from Sony Studios and the hotel
• Five hundred dollars ($500) spending money
• Bus tour of Hollywood for two
• Tour of Sony Studios for two
• Two tickets to watch a taping of Wheel of Fortune in the live studio audience
• Two tickets to the non-broadcast lottery players only Wheel of Fortune Big Money Spin Event where the winner only shall win a cash prize and may have the opportunity to participate for a chance to win up to $1,000,000.
• State and Federal withholding taxes paid by the Lottery (does not include taxes on any monies won during the trip or on the non-broadcast show)

Total value of prize: $5,790.81. The date of the trip is pre-determined and is scheduled for April 13-16, 2020.

Promotion Available:

7/15/2019 at 12:01 a.m. MT until 11:59 p.m. MT on 1/15/2020 or 30 days after both games officially end, whichever comes first.

Winner Announcement:

The Lottery will post the name of the winner on the website no later than 3:00 p.m. on 1/17/2020.

How to Enter:

To enter, go to vip.idaholottery.com and sign-up or log-in. Click on the “Promotions & 2^nd Chance tab” then look for the Wheel of Fortune image. Enter the 14-digit ticket number of any non-winning Wheel of Fortune or Wheel of Fortune Crossword Bonus scratch ticket.

If you do not have web access, you can enter through the Lottery tele-entry system at 208-334-4656.

Rules:

• Only Online and Tele-Entry entries will be accepted.
• Mail in entries will NOT be accepted.
• Players are responsible to ensure their VIP and contact information is current.
• The Lottery will not enter any information for any person.
• You may enter each qualifying ticket number only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• One (1) qualifying Wheel of Fortune or Wheel of Fortune Crossword Bonus scratch ticket is considered one (1) entry.
• You must keep your entered ticket for presentation to Lottery Officials for winner/entry verification.
• Prizes will not be awarded without verification of the ticket from the winning entry.
• The Lottery will attempt to contact the winner by phone immediately after the draw.
• The winner must contact the Lottery within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
• Only persons 18 or older can enter or participate in any Lottery promotion.
• The person who submits the entry is the person who must claim the prize.
• Winner can transfer prize to another AFTER the winner has claimed the prize.
• Prize is NOT redeemable for cash.
• Any changes or upgrades to trip itinerary are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The trip does not include: mileage, insurance, gratuities, meals, parking fees, departure fees, excess baggage fees, alcoholic beverages, any items not expressly specified and personal expenses such as telephone calls, valet service, laundry and the like, as well as revision or cancellation fees which may be charged by the hotel, or other suppliers.
• The five hundred dollars ($500) cash portion of the prize will be issued by the Idaho Lottery to the winner at least two weeks prior to the departure of his or her trip.
• If the winner fails to show at their elected/designated time of departure, their entire trip, except the $500 in cash, shall be forfeited.
• All prize fulfillments are subject to compliance with any State, Federal or local laws.
• Winner must be verified by February 28, 2020.

Posting or announcement of winner drawn does not confirm winning status until the winner and winning entry has been verified by Lottery officials.

An alternate for the prize will be chosen and contacted in the event of the following:

• The winner cannot be notified due to incorrect or lack of contact information.
• The winning entry cannot be verified by the Lottery.
• The winner has not contacted the Lottery within the required time.
• The winner cannot accept or participate in the promotion.
• The ticket entered was illegally obtained or if a violation of any law or rule has occurred.
• The winner is not of legal age to participate.

You must be 18 years of age to buy, sell, or redeem Lottery tickets in Idaho. Persons under 18 cannot participate in any Lottery promotion, giveaway or game.

Important winner details:

The winner will have seventy-two (72) hours after notification to contact Idaho Lottery Customer Service. Every effort will be made to contact the winner by phone and the e-mail information that was provided by entrant.

In the event a named winner is disqualified or does not step forward to claim their prize within the required time, the named winner will forfeit their claim to the prize and an alternate will be chosen and contacted. The alternate will then have forty-eight (48) hours from notification to claim their prize.

To claim your prize in person at the Idaho Lottery office in Boise (1199 Shoreline Lane):

• Contact the Idaho Lottery Customer Service at 208-334-2600.
• Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected ticket.
• Winners must present the selected ticket to Lottery Officials to process their claim.
• Possession of the non-winning ticket is the only method the Lottery has to verify your claim.
• You must complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com) or request them from the Lottery office.
• When you visit the Lottery office in Boise, you will need the selected ticket, the claim form, claim form addendum and a government issued photo identification to claim your prize.

To claim your prize by fax:

• Contact the Idaho Lottery Customer Service at 208-334-2600.
• Sign and complete the information on the back of the selected ticket.
• You must also complete and sign a claim form and a claim form addendum. You can get these forms from the Idaho Lottery website (www.idaholottery.com).
• Make a copy of your government issued photo identification.
• Fax the copies of the selected ticket, claim form, claim form addendum and your government issued photo identification to the Lottery at 208-334-2610.
